If I pushed myself as hard as I pushed my boys, if I planned for myself as much as I plan for them, if I practiced something myself as much as I work to make them practice, if I did as much homework on something every day as I make them do, what would happen?
It is only fair that I should try. Don't you think?

i don't know...
i think i am not. i imagine myself as easy-going and loving, pushing when they start to flag. but i guess ia m trying to teach them follow-through and commitment-because i was taught neither.
i don't know if i am doing it right.
how about you?
I get them up at 6 every morning for their Chinese studies and violin practice before their morning mile in the pool. x
