Alcatraz Prep

I swam a mile in sixty degree water on Monday without a wetsuit! (That's two degrees colder than last year's swim.)

Then I pulled my shoulder on Wednesday, and it hurts. Even healing yoga did not relieve the pain.

What do I do now?

Do I pull back and rest my arm til the big day? Or swim lightly in the ocean this weekend and see how it goes. (The ocean is so cold it would be like icing my sore arm for 45 minutes!)
